Christmas, the Nativity of the Lord; Eve on Sunday, Dec. 24; Feast on Monday, Dec. 25, 2023

This feast celebrates the Nativity of the Lord, God becoming man.  This is an important and requisite step in God's promise of the redemption of humankind by sending his Son to save us. 

The Feast of Christmas, the Nativity of the Lord, is a Holy Day of Obligation.

In 2023, this Feast will be held across Sunday, December 24, and Monday, December 25.
