 ♦How Do I Apply:  

If you want to join us in this holy and exciting spiritual experience, please don't delay.  You may print out a Mission Registration Application Form, available for download and printout via this website (see Forms).  Fill it out, add a deposit check for $75 and run/ don't walk to the Youth Ministry Office at St. Michael's.  Positions are limited and will be filled on a first come - first serve basis.  Other pertinent and necessary forms are also required - DUE MAY 30TH, 2010. (see Forms).  ALL YOUTH AND ADULT MEDICAL HEALTH FORMS MUST BE NOTARIZED!
