Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion (EMHC)
Purpose
Extraordinary Ministers have the special privilege of assisting the clergy in the distribution o fthe Eucharist ast Mass. Extraordinary Ministers also serve God's people by bringing the Echarist to the hospitalized, the shut-ins and those living in nursing homes.
Ministers are scheduled to serve once/month via quarterly schedule. Training is provided for new ministers when needed, and periodically for those actively serving in the ministry. (Watch bulletin & website for announcements.)
